The French liqueur Benedictine is elaborated at Le Palais Bénédictine in Fécamp, Normandy, since the beginning and for the whole world. Made up of 27 plants & spices, its aroma is distinguished by notes of citrus fruits and spices, softened by a hint of honey.
B&B: Benedictine & Brandy! This emblematic cocktail from New York in the 1930s was so successful that in 1937, it was decided to make it at the Benedictine Palace. During the final blending, the Brandy is added to the liqueur, before the last 4 months of ageing. This very light liqueur develops aromas of spices, citrus fruits, herbs and caramelized notes.
Benedictine Single Cask : After its traditional maturation in oak barrels, a small quantity of Benedictine, with the addition of Brandy, undergoes further aging in small oak casks. This ageing process enables it to acquire unique organoleptic qualities: a spicy fragrance combined with an aromatic and complex flavor, and supported by an incomparable woodiness.
